-
Deadlines:
- Early Decision: November 1st
- Regular Decision: January 15th
- Rolling Admissions: Available for transfer students and applicants after regular deadlines until spaces are filled.
Required Documents:
- Application Form: Complete the online application through our portal.
- High School Transcripts: Submit official transcripts from your high school or current institution.
- Standardized Test Scores: SAT or ACT scores (optional).
- Letters of Recommendation: Two letters from teachers or mentors who can speak to your academic and personal strengths.
- Personal Statement: Write a 500-700 word essay addressing the prompt: "What motivates you to pursue higher education, and how do you hope to contribute to your campus community?"
- Extracurricular Activity List: A brief list of activities, volunteer work, internships, or jobs that you have participated in during high school.
-
The Admissions Committee conducts a holistic review, considering both quantitative and qualitative factors to get a complete picture of each applicant. Key areas of evaluation include:
- Academic Achievement: We look for a strong academic record, including GPA, the rigor of your coursework, and class rank (if available).
- Test Scores: While standardized test scores are optional, we will review them if submitted. Strong scores may strengthen your application but will not be the deciding factor.
- Essays and Personal Statement: Your essay is a chance for you to showcase your individuality, passions, and aspirations. We value creativity, self-reflection, and clarity in your writing.
- Recommendations: Letters of recommendation should highlight your academic abilities, leadership potential, and character.
- Extracurricular Involvement: We appreciate students who have demonstrated commitment to activities outside the classroom. Leadership roles, community service, and unique hobbies are all valued.
-
