  • Unofficial Transcripts

    Terminalfour University accepts unofficial transcripts, grade reports, and test scores for initial advisement and placement. A transcript hold will be placed on your record until an official transcript is received.

    Official Transcripts

    Official transcripts must be submitted within 30 days of enrollment or registration. They are required for the following:

    • TSI Exemption: Complete an associate degree, college-level English/math, or submit passing ACT/SAT scores.
    • Transfer Credit: Submit official transcripts for transfer credit evaluation.
    • Assessment: If you’ve completed college-level coursework, additional testing may not be necessary.

    Submit official TSI scores if they don’t appear on your transcript.

    Transferring to Another Institution

    If you transfer before completing your associate degree, you may be eligible for "reverse transfer" credits from your new institution to meet your Terminalfour University degree requirements. You can reverse transfer up to 42 credits within three years. Consult your advisors for details.
